How To Send In Jewelry For Service:
- Please complete the form below and upload an image of the item you would like serviced. If possible, upload both an image of the front or top view of the item, as well as a side view of the item.
- We will email you an approximate estimate and time frame for the service.
- If you would like to proceed, mail us your jewelry items to be serviced. Final exact estimates will be emailed to you upon receipt and inspection of the item(s).
- Upon acceptance of estimate, payment will be collected and work will begin.
- We will email you upon completion of the work, along with shipping and tracking information for your returning item(s).
